Founder & software engineer

Jeff has been building software since 2008. Before founding Unisoft Ventures he was a tech lead at PayMongo, where his team built and ran the InstaPay and PESONet transfer services that handled ₱2.9 billion in transactions a year. Today he builds UniSMS and Tenant.ph and the custom software Unisoft delivers for clients.

UniSMS is an SMS API for the Philippines. Developers send OTPs, alerts and bulk SMS to Globe, Smart and DITO subscribers, including TM, TNT and Sun, from ₱0.50 per SMS (tax included), down to ₱0.35 at volume. Credits never expire and failed messages are refunded.

What is Tenant.ph?

Tenant.ph is a rent, deposit and receipt manager for Filipino landlords. Tenants see what they owe and pay by GCash, Maya, QR Ph or card. It's free for up to 3 tenants.
